Absorbable suture material
A natural, resorbable surgical suture material, either plain or chromed, made from purified connective tissue (collagen) derived from the serous layer of the cattle intestine or the submucosal layer of the sheep intestine.
Color: beige plain, brown chrome.

It is equipped with atraumatic stainless steel AISI 300 and AISI 470 needles.
Characteristics: Enzymatic biodegradation after implantation in living tissue 50%-7-9 days, 80%-12-14 days, full dissolution about 70 days. Absorption terms may vary depending on the metabolic processes in the patient’s body.
Sterilization: radiation. Shelf life: 3 years.
Synthetic absorbable braided thread based on polyglyactin 910 (lactide 10%, glycolide 90%) coated with glycolide and L-lactide (in a 30:70 ratio).
Color: beige without dye or purple (DC violet #2 dye).
Characteristics: High tensile strength at the knot, excellent handling properties, no sawing effect, and minimal tissue reactions.
